Eindhoven 2020

Dear Members and Friends of ICOHTEC,

Given the current epidemiological situation, the 47th Annual Meeting of ICOHTEC in Eindhoven (scheduled for July 13-19, 2020) will not take place physically on location. This also applies to the connected Summer School. The decision was made after thorough consultation between the ICOHTEC officers and the Local Organizing Committee.

Especially now professional exchanges with international peers are crucial. As physical many scientific meetings will be cancelled over the coming months, we must find and explore alternative ways to meet. ICOHTEC 2020 will take place in digital form from Wednesday 15 until Friday 17 July. The program will offer an innovative mix of traditional and new session formats, plenary sessions, round tables, and social events.

Panelists that want to be part of the digital conference program should pre-register now for ICOHTEC 2020 Digital. The pre-registration enables the Program Committee to create the final program. In the pre-registration form you can indicate whether you want to take part. Deadline for pre-registration is 11 May 2020.

Go to the pre-registration form.

We are looking forward to meeting you digitally in July!
