The DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program, the City of Potsdam, and the Research Institute for Sustainability (RIFS at GFZ) invite international artists to apply for the “Planetary Transitions 2026” residency in Potsdam. The fellowship supports projects at the intersection of art and sustainability, fostering dialogue between arts, academia, politics, and civil society, and encouraging critical perspectives. The residency lasts 4–6 months from mid-2026 and offers a €2,500 monthly stipend, plus travel support and up to €5,000 toward housing. Applications (in English) are due 8 February 2026.
